ABOUT ME

Hi. I am a gardener for IT

With over 25 years experience in IT - there is so much we can learn from nature.

Good Software development needs time - like nature needs time to grow plants. We always try to find new ways of working, new methods of how to organize and structure our teams. Better ways to build our Software architecture. All together - Software development is a very complex environment - nature is much more complex and it provides many good examples that can be looked at to provide insights for complex scenarios.
